BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) – A woman was shot in the buttocks by a person in a car in Bushwick Thursday morning, according to the NYPD.
The 27-year-old was shot one time just after 1 a.m. on Bushwick Avenue near Pilling Street, police said.
It was just one of four shootings in Brooklyn Wednesday night and early Thursday morning, including two people who were shot near Farragut Road and East 49th Street, according to the NYPD.
One male was shot in the left arm, and the other in the chest, police said. Both were taken to an area hospital.
In Williamsburg, a 21-year-old man was shot in the leg and torso on Division Avenue near Berry Street Wednesday night, according to the NYPD.
The young man was shot around 10:30 p.m. and taken to an area hospital, police said.
Just an hour before, a 33-year-old man was shot one time in the torso in Crown Heights on Kingston Avenue near Lincoln Place.
Police had not made any arrests in the shootings Thursday morning.
