40 Indians killed, over 30 injured in Kuwait building fire

At least 40 Indian nationals were killed while over 30 were injured after a massive fire broke out in a building housing workers in the city of Mangaf in Kuwait early morning on Wednesday.

According to local media reports, the fire started in a kitchen in a six-storey building in Mangaf city at around 6 am local time.

Ambassador Adarsh Swaika visited the injured Indian workers receiving medical treatment at the Al-Adan hospital. Over 30 Indian nationals were injured in the blaze.
