LONG ISLAND, N.Y. (PIX11) -- Investigators are searching for three people wanted in connection with a home invasion on Long Island.

Three suspects donned in utility worker clothing rang the doorbell of the victim's home on Folie Court on Monday, to "check on a gas leak," authorities report. The men wearing fluorescent jackets, pants, hard hats, gloves, and face masks then shoved their way into the home. One of the suspects threw the homeowner, a 69-year-old woman to the ground before running away once the victim started screaming, authorities said.

No injuries were reported, and the investigation remains ongoing.

Detectives request anyone with information regarding the above listed crime to please contact Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS or call 911.  All callers will remain anonymous.
