ROCKAWAY, N.J. (PIX11) -- There's a lot to celebrate for a bar owner in Morris County, New Jersey.

“Two in one day is pretty lucky, right?“ Bridgette Guzman, owner of the Mill Lane Tavern, said.

Mill Lane Tavern has been a staple of Rockaway since 1946 and was even featured in the movie The Station Agent.

Two months after taking over the pub, Guzman received a call on Monday night. The New Jersey Lottery notified them that two Pick 6 tickets sold at the Mill Lane Tavern hit the jackpot, totaling $4.9 million.

“I came down and filled out some paperwork. We finished filling out everything this morning, and they drove down to Trenton,” she said.

“That’s fabulous. I wish I was one of the participants that won,” said William Peckholdt.

A long-time customer, he said he’s not giving up on his luck.

“I play the lottery here all the time. Half my friends come here,” Peckholdt said.

The business will receive a total of $20,000 for selling the two winning tickets. As a new business owner, she has many bills to pay so that the money will go towards that.
