NEW YORK (PIX11) – New York City may soon have another tool in the crackdown on illegal massage parlors.

Two proposed bills would allow the city to regulate and enforce these businesses to prevent sex trafficking and prostitution. City Councilman Francisco Moya talks more about the bills on PIX11 Morning News.
